- You can rest assured your data is managed appropriately and protected from misuse; we follow all data protection legislation and guidelines from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and the Fundraising Regulator

- You can let us know how you would like us to contact you and how often. That means we only contact you in accordance with your wishes
- You can contact us any time by phone, email or post with any queries or comments and we will be more than happy to help or to take them on board
- We hope it never gets to this point but, should you be offended by anything we have done or think we have not got something quite right, we do have a formal complaints procedure in place which we take very seriously
