Uniting voices with people affected by leprosy and LF.
Lepra recognises the importance of intentional efforts to influence change and action at local, national and international levels in pursuit of our vision which is a ‘world free from prejudice and disability due to leprosy and lymphatic filariasis’.
People centric in our approach, our advocacy focusses on tackling the deeply entrenched inequalities that affect the people whom we work with. By working with communities and building strong relationships with people affected by leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF), we will ensure that they are pivotal in the design and implementation of our influencing strategies.
Our advocacy newsletter and blog 'Advancing Advocacy', help us to communicate our ongoing efforts to influence positive change at all levels. For more information, or to contribute to Lepra’s work, please contact BecksH@lepra.org.uk.
