Lepra’s Young Volunteers

A young volunteer from Essex, has recently supported Lepra's work, by producing a short video and accompanying poster which help promote our 'Centenary Challenges' for primary and secondary schools.

Highlighting Lepra's new 'Silly Shoesday' event, 9-year-old Amber spent time in her school break to script and record her message, designed to appeal to a younger audience.

Engaging young people about the impact of neglected tropical diseases helps future generations understand the importance of an equitable society, where those with the greatest need have access to dignified and affordable healthcare.
