LEPRA Society Wins the Mahatma Award for Good Health and Wellbeing

2 October 2025

We are proud to announce that LEPRA Society, Lepra's sister organisation in India, has received the highly prestigious Mahatma Award for Good Health and Wellbeing.

The Mahatma Award recognises and celebrates the leaders and global changemakers who have driven meaningful change and a path toward a more sustainable future. The accolade highlights people and organisations who have channelled their resources and expertise into making a positive impact for the greater good. The award was conceived by renowned Gandhian and Indian Lawyer Amit Sachdeva to shine a spotlight on initiatives that uplift communities, restore humanity’s faith in justice, and address the complex challenges of our time.
