We have opportunities which will allow you to turn your passion into action and use your qualities, skills and experience to benefit people affected by disease, poverty and prejudice.

In our office

We have occasional roles in our Colchester office. These often tend to be administrative or research-based in nature.

Find out what it's like to volunteer for Lepra - read about Goedele's volunteering experience.

If you think you have a skill which could be valuable to our organisation then get in touch with Sara-Jane Smith our Human Resources Manager to discuss opportunities.

Please download a Volunteer application form if you are interested in becoming a volunteer for Lepra.

Please note - we are unable to offer many volunteer opportunities working overseas because rather than building facilities our local staff strengthen existing ones and train up local volunteers to support our work; however, we may be able to make referrals for volunteers or medical students with particular/relevant clinical or therapeutic skills.

To look at our paid work opportunities, take a look at our Job vacancies page.

There are lots of ways you can get your community involved – whether there are 3 or 300 of you, you can hold a fundraising event and help to transform the lives of some of the world’s poorest people.
Be inspired with some fundraising ideas.
