Lepra is looking for a creative and keen Trusts Lead to increase Lepra’s impact by securing unrestricted and restricted funds from trusts and foundations to further support our international programmes work.

 Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, you will manage a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations

 

You will:

  • Develop strategies to engage, inspire and develop new Trusts and Foundations alongside the retention of an existing and loyal supporter base.
  • Be accountable for your assigned target for performance objectives, income generation target, and critical milestones for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual periods
  • Support the formulation of the Fundraising and Communication Teams vision and values and oversee their adoption within the work culture
  • Create cross-functional working across the organisation in order to align goals and approaches that facilitate smooth achievement of key account objectives, strategies, goals, and targets

This post is part-time, 3 days per week working based in Colchester.  There will be a requirement for flexible working in order to attend out of hours events in the evening or the weekend.  Benefits include:
