You could raise funds for us by taking part in our Taking Steps challenge: see how many kilometres or miles you can cover over the next two weeks and collect donations and sponsorship for every kilometer or mile you complete.

Get active for Lepra by cyclying, jogging, walking, rowing, swimming or any other activity that you enjoy over the next two weeks in school, or with friends and family, keeping track of your distance as you go.

Top tips to help you

  • There are between 2,000 and 2,500 steps per mile
  • Keep safe - get together with friends and family
  • Always tell someone where you're going and when you expect to return - tell them the route you will be taking
  • Wear clothing of high visibility or reflective material
  • A pedometer can help you keep track of every step you complete
