£17,000 - £22,000 per annum  

We are looking for a Prospector and Database Administrator to join us and help to achieve our ambition of beating leprosy. You will play a key role in helping us to achieve our ambitious goals by identifying organisations who might be interested in supporting Lepra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a programme of prospect and market research activities to support an insight-led approach to prospecting
  • Develop a compelling prospect pipeline for the future
  • Support the fundraising and communications team to achieve all income and expenditure budgets in line with the annual plan objectives and budget
  • Ensure that Lepra raises the annual targets for unrestricted-income
  • Attendance at weekly / monthly update meetings with line manager

This post is full-time and based in our Colchester office. There may be a requirement to attend occasional out of hours events in the evening or the weekend. The ability to travel in the UK (and occasionally overseas) maybe required.
