Lepra is run by a passionate and dedicated team of staff. Our main office is located in Colchester, Essex, UK and we also have a number of part-time community fundraisers based across the United Kingdom who work with local schools and organisations to raise funds and the profile of the organisation.

Partnerships Manager 

Closing date for applicants 14th February. 

This is a new regional role to forge relationships with key people and grow income support from partnerships and organisations. Whether your experience has been gained in the charity or corporate sector, it’s essential you can demonstrate effective performance against financial goals.
You’ll be a flexible and ambitious self-starter, a credible networker with good working knowledge of your regions demographics and networks.

Working from home you will need to be confident working independently. You will also need to liaise closely with central office colleagues using remote communications and your IT skills. You will be effective in researching, identifying and planning creative approaches and able to translate complex messages into engaging communications and pitches for the relevant audience.
