Leprosy Review began as Leprosy Notes in 1928 and changed to become Leprosy Review in 1930. It is now a peer reviewed scientific journal covering all aspects of leprosy and its management. The journal is owned and published by Lepra, which is a UK-based international charity working to beat leprosy (www.lepra.org.uk).

The journal is freely available online. It is also provided in print to paying subscribers and provided free to health professionals in the field who would otherwise not be able to afford the subscription or who can't easily get access to foreign currency. Free copies are also available to selected libraries covering tropical medicine. Please note that in all cases, this service is at Lepra's discretion.
