London Marathon runners raise over £21,000! On Sunday 28th April 2019, 11 Team Lepra runners took on the London Marathon to help people affected by leprosy. Months of training through the cold winter months, climbing up steep inclines and overcoming injuries paid off on what was definitely a day to remember. Our fantastic runners have raised over an amazing £21,500 so far, this money can be used to transform the lives of people affected by leprosy and lymphatic filariasis. Not only have the runners helped us to fund our projects, but they have helped us to raise awareness that leprosy still exists and continues to devastate lives, but is curable. A tremendous thank you to all of our runners: Tim Corfield, Monir Ahmad, Soph Bailey-Smith, Paul Jordan, Nick Ray, Anna Burnley, Michael Meister, Paul Rinder, Carlos Echeverry, Monica Samaca and Jo Brown.
