Tim became Head of Finance in October 2011. He started his career over 40 years ago at the Sports Council where he was able to combine his love of sport with work, eventually becoming Head of the Financial Planning Unit. After almost seventeen years of commuting into London the unreliability of the rail network got the better of him and he moved to the Netherlands with his young family to work for Greenpeace International as Head of the International Finance Unit in Amsterdam.

Returning to the UK after seven years, Tim spent three years as Head of Finance & Administration at World Horse Welfare, two years in short term roles at HFL and the University of Cambridge before spending seven years at Keystone Development Trust, a community development charity, initially as Head of Finance & Administration and then Enterprise Director. Two years as Director of Finance at Zinc, an arts and education charity, followed before he joined Lepra.

Away from work Tim enjoys travel, sport (especially football, cricket, rugby and athletics) and spending time with his three grown up children and two grandchildren.
